Come learn how to forage for your own spring plants and mushrooms on an organic farm! Many of these species may also be growing in your own backyard or garden.This class will be co-taught by forager and chef Vinny Crotta and CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers.
Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where participants will learn how to positively identify and utilize wild plants and mushrooms. We will then go on a 45-minute walk where we will
practice plant and mushroom ID.
Participants will be served a foraged snack to enjoy during the lecture.
Tickets are $35 per person. Payment in cash or venmo the day of the class. Email [email protected] to reserve your spot! You will be sent out an email the day before the class with further details.
We will run the class rain or shine.
