Join us in person for Foraging Longevity, a fun and interactive event all about discovering nature's hidden Superfoods and Medicines! Get hands-on experience learning how to identify and gather wild, edible plants that can supercharge your health and vitality. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned forager, this is a great way to reconnect with nature, boost your health and deepen your understanding of both yourself and the unlimited food and medicines around you.
This is not like many foraging events where we walk around and name a bunch of plants which most of you will forget, in this event we will focus on only a few but powerful plants and medicines and develop an intimate bond with them. We will cover in depth how to live mostly off of wild foods, how to raise your health to unheard of levels and how to heal illnesses in your body with ease.
We will also cover interactive drills based on ancient Native American secrets to increase your own sensitivity to your body's exact needs and the and how to transform it on all levels.
A lunch break with foraged foods and teas will be provided so please bring a cup, bowl and cutlery.
