Overview of the day:
10:00 Welcome & introductions
10:15 Transfer to start of walk
10:30 Guided foraging walk by local instructor, Paul Holden-Ridgeway, along local woodland footpath & field (one or two miles, depending on how often we stop to forage!)
12:30 Return to Barningham Village Hall for a delicious field & hedgerow lunch (vegetarian)
12:30 Lunchtime discussion & questions on cooking with foraged ingredients
14:00 -16:00 Herbal teas & infusions workshop
Useful information:
· You will be provided with a bag for collecting anything you forage, a notebook & pencil for taking notes & a bottle of water.
· Please wear appropriate clothing for being outside in autumn weather & sturdy footwear as the paths can be uneven & slippery.
Tickets are £65 per person, including lunch, transfer to/from walk & foraging pack.
