About this Event
Join forager, wild foodie and Bowden Pillars Future (BPF) Village and Farmland Team member Hannah for a gentle walk around the BPF site where you'll learn how to identify a range of wild plants that can be used for food and herbal remedies. You'll learn how to ensure you forage in a safe and sustainable way with respect to the land and nature, and how to benefit from the delicious and nutritious wild foods growing all around us.
The walk will not only be an opportunity to connect to the BPF land but also to spend some time with and getting to know other people interested in or involved with the regenerative village, farmland and nature restoration project happening at Bowden Pillars. Hannah will provide a wild treat along with foraged herbal teas to enjoy back at Bowden Community Centre after the walk.
