Join our family-friendly foraging-for-art expedition into Highbridge Park, taking the trail from the Sunken Playground at 167th St and Edgecombe Ave. We will hunt for collage materials, grasses, leaves, small flowers, seeds, and berries--and even learn how to make natural dyes from many plants in our neighborhood! After wandering and foraging for them, we will glue or otherwise collage our collected wild plants and more (glue and substrate provided), creating artwork to remind us of the nature in our backyard.
Approx. 2 hours; open to everyone (no age limit)
