Back at Happy River, enjoy a nourishing fungi-inspired lunch while learning how each ingredient supports wellbeing and how to recreate the dishes at home. You’ll then gain practical skills including inoculating your own mushroom log to take home, preserving and drying mushrooms, understanding the most beneficial preparations, and making a dual-extracted tincture using a native bracket fungus.
