For The Record Stand-Up presents a carefully curated lineup of comedians, with artists featured on Comedy Central, Don't Tell, MTV, JustForLaughs, The New York Times, and more.

The event is produced by Eddle Liles and Ryan Thomas, two NYC comics who have performed and produced comedy across several states and countries. They founded For The Record to introduce New Yorkers and visitors alike to the best up and coming comics in the nation.

Venue: Black Star Vinyl (BSV) is an independent, black-owned record shop that has been a fixture in the Bed-Stuy community since 2017.

BSV’s owner, Martin Brewer, offers an eclectic range of vintage & new vinyl, along with a curated selection of books, magazines, and vintage clothing. Complete with a full-service coffee counter, Black Star Vinyl provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for this unique comedy experience.
