This afternoon is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
A space to explore connection, boundaries, and the quiet art of self-trust — and to remember that loving others begins with loving yourself.

Through immersive pop-ups and intentional experiences, we’ll gather to reflect on what healthy relationships truly feel like — with partners, friends, community, and the self. This is an afternoon devoted to self-love, emotional intimacy, and the courage it takes to create connections that feel safe, expansive, and aligned.

At the heart of the experience is a thoughtful panel conversation with women leading powerful work in healing and relationships, including Kaylee Peile, Brooke Seiz (LCPC, somatic & relationship therapist and functional nutrition provider), Julia Harkleroad (LCMFT, marriage & family therapist), and Alisha Saucedo (LSCSW, sex therapist). Together, they’ll unpack modern relationships, emotional safety, desire, and the inner work required to build love that feels nourishing — not draining.

Throughout the space, guests are invited to move gently through immersive activations designed to spark reflection, play, and self-expression. From intuitive love readings with Reiki healer Hannah Matchell to affirmation writing, bouquet-building, and the Aura Light Photobooth, each moment is rooted in beauty, softness, and intention.

Guests will also enjoy a curated Valentine’s tea-time pop-up by Selah Lounge, featuring rose matcha lattes — a ritual of pause, warmth, and connection.

Fresh scones with jam and chocolate-covered strawberries will be provided.

Each guest will leave with a complimentary WOMAN journal and pen, created to support reflection long after the afternoon ends.
