Come on out to a concert of Bridgerton-inspired pop music arranged for string quartet, featuring the 'Thomas Beard & Friends String Quartet' all the way from Montreal. Includes some of the original arrangements from the Netflix series! Whether you’re a fan of the series or have never seen it, this concert has something for everyone - featuring pieces by Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Billie Eilish, Madonna, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes and many more.
The proceeds from this concert will help support St. George’s “Community Outreach & Accessibility Enhancement” project.
The 3 main outreach programs supported by the Community Outreach & Accessibility Enhancement project are:
1. Goderich Community Hats & Mats: providing those in need with knitted hats & mitts, personal care kits and woven milk bag sleeping mats. These items are distributed to schools, shelters, mental health agencies and veterans.
2. Fishes & Loaves: every Tuesday evening a free, healthy meal is prepared and distributed to over 100 people who, due to a variety of circumstances, find themselves in need.
3. Messy Church: a program that focuses on teaching children about faith in a fun, relaxed environment involving crafts, story, song and a family supper before heading home – all at no charge.
