About this Event
If you’re someone who is usually the calm one, the capable one, or the person others rely on — this evening is for you.
This free, in-person gathering is a simple, grounded space for helpers and professionals to exhale, reset their nervous systems, and experience being held rather than holding.
There’s nothing to prepare, nothing to share unless you want to, and nothing to “get right.”
We’ll spend the hour with gentle nervous system settling, quiet presence, and restorative practices designed to support regulation and integration — without fixing, teaching, or performing.
This is not therapy and not a training.
It’s a place to land.
Who This Is For
This gathering is especially supportive for:
- Healthcare providers and clinicians
- Nurses, therapists, and bodyworkers

- Helpers of all kinds who are tired, overloaded, or quietly carrying a lot
You don’t need to have it figured out to come.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
What to Expect
- A calm, welcoming environment

- Space to rest and integrate
- No pressure to speak or participate beyond what feels right
Everything offered is invitational.
