Homewise is a local non-profit that aims to create successful homeowners and strengthen neighborhoods by removing barriers to homeownership. To do this, we provide everything you need to buy a home under one roof. We offer FREE one-on-one financial coaching to help you get pre-qualified, salary-based realtors who are committed to helping you find a home within your budget, and loan servicing that will allow you to make all your mortgage payments in one place. As a local non-profit and CDFI we can offer low down payments and remove monthly mortgage insurance to save you hundreds of dollars every year.
We know that homeownership isn't just about the roof over your head, but about the community around you. That's why we are a community-focused developer striving to increase the supply of affordable housing, while also supporting local entrepreneurs who provide vital services for communities to thrive.
