For The Girls – Community Charity Run in Support of Girls Forward Foundation
Join us on Saturday, October 12, in honour of International Day of the Girl (October 11) for a community run that celebrates movement, empowerment, and girls everywhere!
Powered by lululemon Fairview and hosted by Girls Forward Executive Director and lululemon Run Ambassador, Gaby, this community event is part of our national Move For The Girls fundraiser. Together, we’re working to raise $50,000 and log 340,000 minutes of movement in support of Girls Forward Foundation’s mission to empower girls through sport, physical activity, and education. Every dollar raised and every minute moved brings us one step closer to reaching our goal!
🎟 Registration
Tickets are pay-what-you-can. Donations of $20 or more will receive a charitable tax receipt.
Every registration includes:
- Race bib & stickers
- Light breakfast
- Exclusive private shop at lululemon Fairview with special surprises!
- Community warm-up & activities
- A raffle ticket where you can win amazing prizes!!
📅 Event Schedule
- 8:00 AM – Check-in opens
- 8:30 AM – Community warm-up
- 8:45 AM – Run/Walk (3–5km)
- 9:15–10:00 AM - post-run/walk mingle and snacks (food, games, physio!)
- 9:30–11:00 AM - Private lululemon shop + activations
✨ Whether you run, walk, or cheer, your participation helps fuel opportunities for girls to grow strong, confident, and unstoppable. This event is open to individuals of all ages and genders; however, it is targeted more towards those age 16+. Participants 4-15 must be registered and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
