Step into an intimate retreat curated by Soma + Sui designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and access a more grounded, sensual expression of self.
This is not a high-energy workshop or performance-based class. It’s a carefully paced experience focused on internal awareness, softness, and controlled activation of your energy through breath and movement.
Across the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a structured sequence of practices rooted in somatics and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

- Breathwork to regulate your nervous system
- Sensual movement class with Lauren Michelle (No cameras. Full presence.)
- Sex Therapy mini-lecture from Volita Counseling

This experience is capped at 10 participants to maintain a focused, comfortable environment. Allow yourself to relax as our team holds space for you throughout the afternoon.
