We’ll start with a refreshing Peach Bellini mocktail, then dive into making Ebelskivers—light, fluffy Danish pancakes—filled and topped with a variety of delicious options. You’ll learn how to prepare skillet apples, butter and sugar, plus classic toppings like cinnamon sugar and melted butter, along with bourbon maple syrup. Next, our chef will demonstrate the perfect over-easy egg and a soft scramble, along with tips for achieving perfectly crisp bacon cooked in the oven. We’ll finish the feast with a rich, comforting hashbrown casserole prepared by the chef. This class is all about warm flavors, hands-on techniques, and a relaxed brunch vibe.
