Bring Your Paperwork: To complete your registration, please bring the following printed and signed:
✅ Completed Physical Form (dated within the last year) or Signed Liability Waiver
✅ Copy of Birth Certificate (for new athletes)
✅ Recent Picture of your child
Note: Uniform fittings will take place during this window, so please ensure your athlete is present!
