About this Event
Join us for a day of nutritious and delicious local foods. Highlighting vendors from our community as well as our in-house Foods for your Moods team, Joyce (The Joyce of Cooking) and Mike (efit coach and personal chef) will be offering two tastings during the afternoon and talking about our ongoing Foods for Your Moods series of workshops where we focus on nutritional tips, easy tricks and preparing food that's both functional and satisfying.
