Would you like to become a Museum Foodie? Our Foodie Group meet monthly to discuss, cook and eat food inspired by stories from our collection, artists and events we programme, as well as our own members heritage’s and backgrounds. Our workshops are informal, chatty and a chance to meet new people, as well as learn about new recipes and cooking traditions.
In this month’s session, we’ll be making some delicious Sephardi recipes from around the world that are traditionally eaten at Passover.
With recipes taken from Claudia Roden’s ‘The Book of Jewish Food’, we’ll be cooking rice with fresh broad beans (Roz bil ful ahdar), walnut and almond pastries (Terfas aux noix), and matzo fritters in syrup!
So come and join us to taste some delicious, vibrant, Sephardi flavours and cook something new together.
