Foodie Friday Presents - Curate Your Own Charcuterie Board with KDM Kitchen x Graza

Join Keegan McManus of KDM Kitchen for a fun, hands-on evening of entertaining, styling, and elevated bites in partnership with Graza & Cabot Creamery. Guests will kick things off with a live charcuterie demo as Chef Keegan shares his favorite quick and easy techniques for building a board that’s both beautiful and full of flavor, followed by the opportunity to create and style their own personalized charcuterie board to take home.

Make your own charcuterie board
Guests will be able to make their own personalized charcuterie board with expert guidance from Chef Keegan McManus of KDM Kitchen and take home at the end of the night along with some Graza products.
The evening will include a large charcuterie spread from Keegan himself & beverages inlcuding Graza & Cabot Creamery products throughout the night.
To wrap the night, we will dive into a Q&A with Keegan covering all things charcuterie, creativity, and building a culinary career from the ground up.

Chef Keegan McManus of KDM Kitchen is a 2025 graduate of the culinary arts program at Institute of Culinary Education. What started as selling cheeseboards in the Jersey Shore has now blossomed into a full blown private cheffing business. His social media surged sharing days in the life as a culinary student, and has absolutely exploded since becoming a celebrity private chef across the country. Keegan has cheffed for Martha Stewart, Whitney Leavitt, and hundreds of others in the short year since graduating. Keegan extends many thanks to his family, friends, the students and faculty at ICE for encouraging him to chase his culinary dreams.
