We are honored to welcome Mr. Kimoto, third-generation owner of Kimoto Glassware , for one of a kind experience in San Diego.

Kimoto Glass is known for its work in Edo glass craftsmanship and as the original developer of Black Edo Kiriko, a modern style of cut glass that builds on traditional techniques.

At the heart of Mr. Kimoto’s philosophy is a simple yet powerful idea:
the glass you choose can completely transform what you taste.

During this event, Mr. Kimoto will lead a Tripling Experience—a tasting that looks at how sake, food, and glassware work together.
