About this Event
If you or your child struggle with anxiety around certain foods or find meal times stressful, we’d love to invite you to “Food with Friends”, a weekly meal support group designed to help challenge food-related fears while building a welcoming community.
Whether you’re dealing with disordered eating, an active eating disorder, or simply want to develop a healthier relationship with food, this group offers a safe and supportive environment for all. It’s also a great space for anyone who loves food, wants to make new friends, and learn how to eat more mindfully.
Each week, Nicole creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere, providing real-time support, helpful handouts, engaging exercises, and practical tools to help you navigate your food journey. No matter where you're starting from, we’re here to support you every step of the way!
We’d love for you to join us!
Join us for "Food with Friends" on these days:
- 1st & 3rd Tuesdays: Bring your own dinner, 6:00–7:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Wednesdays: Bring your own lunch, 12:00–1:00 PM
$15.00 per/session (plus $1.05 tax)
Buy 3 sessions and get the 4th for $5.00.
