Food Waste Prevention Week (Education Program)
In honor of Food Waste Prevention Week, the Tennessee Agricultural Museum will be partnering with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation's Office of Sustainability for a FREE educational program. The program will be held on April 11, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m at the Tennessee Agricultural Museum (located at 404 Hogan Road Nashville, TN 37220). This program is open to all ages.

The program will include information on TDEC's Get Food Smart Program, Food Waste Prevention Week, and what citizens can be doing to reduce their food waste including meal planning and composting.
Space is limited, and are on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not required to attend this program, but are encouraged. Light refreshments will be provided.
