We’ve been in business for 23 years, originally known for our work in event catering and hospitality. Our event planning company, Fast Lane Catering and Decor LLC, has helped shape unforgettable experiences across Baton Rouge and beyond.
What began as a brick-and-mortar restaurant transitioned into a food truck during the COVID era. After closing our restaurant doors, we launched not one, but two food trucks — and we’re still rolling strong.
We’re proud to have been voted Best Soul Food in Baton Rouge four years in a row! Our food truck now caters to private events, festivals, and corporate contracts — all while being run by a full-time law enforcement officer.
We’re known for our professionalism, attention to detail, and unforgettable food. And of course, we’re the Home of the BIG BACK BOX.
