David Standridge, executive chef of Shipwright's Daughter and Mystic Fish camp will join us on March 30. He won the 2024 James Beard Best Chef, Northeast award and is a 2026 finalist for national "Outstanding Chef" James Beard award. He is passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainability. He celebrates the regions seafood diversity, incorporating local kelp, invasive species and by-catch fish into his modern New England Cuisine. He will share his journey to his hometown here in Stonington where his family appreciates our library.
