📘 Course Description:This workshop provides a structured understanding of HACCP based on the Codex Alimentarius 2023 General Principles of Food Hygiene, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and controlling food safety hazards across the food chain, with emphasis on Good Hygiene Practices as the foundation of effective HACCP implementation.
