Food Protection Manager Certification Course & Exam

This certification is required for all food entrepreneurs who plan to use Ujamaa Kitchen or The Food Pavilion. You must have a valid Food Safety Manager Certification to qualify, so it's essential that you attend this free course and exam, or choose to complete the exam on your own to participate in our resident chef program.

You must be a Bayview resident to register for this class.
