About this Event
The Los Ranchos Agri-Nature Center has partnered with Three sisters Kitchen, a local 501c3 non-profit specialized in food preparation training for businesses, to teach ten workshops on food preservation and preparation techniques. Each technique will feature one workshop with foundations on manufacturing techniques and a second focused on a hands-on recipe. All workshops will utilize fruits, vegetables and herbs grown on the farm at the Agri-Nature Center.

All workshops were funded through the USDA Specialty Crop Grant Program, which funded the development of our demonstration kitchen along with educational programming using our produce.
