About this Event
So much of our food comes wrapped in single-use plastic - even our fruit and vegetables. But why is this material everywhere, and what are the alternatives? And how can we take action to reduce our addiction to this unhealthy material?
Join Diane from The Sustainable Life School for this fun and informative session in the TU Blanchardstown garden on how we can make small changes that collectively have big impacts.
We will focus on plastic reduction and climate friendly eating while exploring how our community gardens can support these areas of sustainable living. We will learn how simple things we can do and maybe are already doing support the Sustainable Development Goals. Expect lots of tips, chats, and to come away feeling inspired!
This session will be facilitated on behalf of GAP by Sustainable Life School and is funded by Irish Aid.
