Food Is Medicine: Secrets & Lies takes place the first Wednesday of each month in 2026. Here we meet up to share, learn and support one another with the focus on how food can be healing, and the secrets that can be found in plants for our health, as well as the lies we may believe about what is and isn't healthy.
We will be inviting guests all year long to share their expertise with us from holistic doctors, dieticians, herbalist, gardeners, foragers, cooks, authors and more.
At this Feb 18 event (rescheduled from Feb 4),
* we will get to know each other and begin a list of questions or expertise we'd like to access through the year
* I'll share my history, and my journey to plant based, my why and my how
* a guide to eating plant based at home without spending a fortune or eating the same thing on repeat; understanding the life cycle of produce.
