Description
Food is Medicine is a series of free workshops for elders in Walthamstow.

• Learn how to make simple medicinal remedies from plants, herbs, and vegetables
• Share knowledge and stories with others
• Explore new herbs through sensory tea tastings
• Take part in five weekly sessions, ending with a community celebration
  

These sessions are free and open to elders in the community. We encourage you to attend all or as many as posssible to get the most out of the series and sense of community.

Mondays 2–4pm
3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November and 1st December
Community celebration: Saturday 6th December, 12–3pm
