About this Event
Get ready: Food Funded is coming to the East Coast. Our theme: boosting access to capital for BIPOC and under-represented entrepreneurs.
The event will include an inspiring keynote; practical panel discussion; an entrepreneur showcase (pitch event) and plenty of opportunities to meet, mingle and build community together.
The highlight of the day will be the Entrepreneur Showcase. Food Funded East will feature a broad range of businesses in the local food sector as well as a variety of funding options. High-growth companies raising equity are welcome, but so are smaller businesses looking for crowdfunding or revenue-based and debt financing.
Food Funded New York will showcase a range of food businesses, from farms to restaurants to CPG. Specifically we want this showcase to be as diverse as the entire NYC foodshed – rich in its presentation of people, culture, and products that make our region unique and compelling.
