Food for Thought: Social Wellness Group - Culver City

I'm a yoga instructor and creative with a passion for creating a space where we can build community, and connect with each other.

My hope with "Food for Thought" is to come together once a month to discuss various social issues or personal struggles. I want people to share their thoughts, feelings and goals, sharing helps us to feel connected and at times can spark creativity and inspiration. I hope this community group helps you to feel less alone, make a new friend and/or inspires you to create.

Let's talk, bring your favorite snacks / food and a blanket (for seating on the grass) to make the experience fun and comforting!
