About this Event

Discover How Food Can Be Your Ally Through Grief

Grief doesn’t just affect our emotions - it impacts every part of our being, including our physical health. The connection between grief and the gut is especially significant, as it can help explain the wide range of symptoms often experienced after a major loss, such as digestive issues, fatigue, lethargy, brain fog, anxiety, and more.

Through both my personal journey and professional expertise, I’ve learned that while we can’t avoid the pain of loss, we can take simple, nurturing steps to alleviate the physical and emotional toll of grief.

In this session, we'll be exploring the impact of emotional stress on the body and how simple, practical changes to what, when, and how we eat can be surprisingly effective in supporting our overall well-being while navigating the many ups and downs of grief.

In this interactive talk, you’ll gain valuable insights into:

  • What may be behind your 'grief' symptoms
  • How your meals influence your mood, energy, focus, and resilience
  • Simple ways to create a balanced, nourishing daily meal routine
  • What food cravings may reveal about your body’s needs
  • Strategies for managing emotional eating

I’ll also be sharing actionable tools - easy meal ideas, simple food swaps, natural remedies, and self-care strategies - that have helped me and many others navigate grief with more ease and resilience.

There will also be time for questions, so you can get tips tailored to your own experience.

💛 Join me for this eye-opening session and discover how food can be a powerful ally in your grief journey.
