About this Event

Fueling Resilience, Strengthening Readiness, and Encouraging Real Conversations.
A Monthly Resilience & Readiness Series Led by Silas Grant
Food for Thought is a dynamic monthly resilience and readiness series created to support the personal and professional growth of first responders and public safety professionals — while remaining open to anyone seeking practical tools for mental strength and leadership development.
Each session provides a dedicated space for meaningful dialogue, skill-building, and mindset training designed to enhance performance, strengthen emotional resilience, and promote overall well-being. Rooted in real conversations and actionable strategies, this ongoing series goes beyond awareness to equip participants with sustainable tools to lead effectively, serve confidently, and thrive both on and off duty.
A complimentary lunch is provided, creating an opportunity for connection, fellowship, and continued conversation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
