April's theme is Regeneration, Regrowth and Hope. Come and talk about a book that has inspired you. We will be making omelettes!
About this Event

Indulge in your passion for literature and cuisine at a unique book club where we combine the love of reading with the love of food! This month, we're going to read different books based on a theme chosen for that month. Come ready to talk about the book you have read, and get some new ideas for your own reading. Don't miss out on this opportunity to bond with fellow book-lovers over a shared love of literature and food.
The April theme is Regeneration, Rebirth, and Hope. Come ready to talk about a book that has inspired you to grow, change, or given you hope.

To accompany our book talks we will be cooking and eating omelettes.

Here's a selection to inspire you. All these titles are available at the Library.

  • Life After Life by Kate Atkinson
  • Glory: A Novel by NoViolet Bulawayo
  • Life of Pi by Yann Martel
  • How to Build a Boat by Elaine Feeney
