About this Event
The "Food, Fitness & Faith" Community Day of Wellness is designed to promote mental health awareness while inspiring our community to prioritize mental health by engaging in holistic, evidence-based practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Our wellness activities will include stretching and affirmation session, fitness workshop, sound bowl meditation, healing through art, a Bohemian-themed plant-based picnic, and a safe space healing circle led by our wellness facilitators. These resources and activities are intended to help participants manage stress, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall well-being.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable/gym attire.
