About this Event
Are you looking to “up your dinner game”? One of the most classic and delicious meals is steak with a glass (or two) of great red wine. Food and wine pairings can be tricky, but they can elevate an ordinary meal into something extraordinary when done right.
This is especially true when it comes to steak and wine pairings. There are many delicious combinations to choose from! However, it is important to understand which wines complement the steak you are serving, as this will make a huge difference in the overall flavor of your meal. We are here to help you choose the perfect wine to go with your cut of steak.
On Saturday April 27th at 6pm Senior Wine Advisor Mark Lasky and Chef Viet Vo will perfectly pair six different high quality cuts of meat with six different top scoring wines. Everything from Ribeye to Filet and Bordeaux to Tuscany. A side of Pomme Frites and crusty bread adds to this incredible meal. It’s the ultimate Food and Wine pairing seminar event! Space is VERY limited.
