Learn from historians and other Clara Barton experts about her life and journey to create the Red Cross. Travel to sites of historical significance.
Highlights will include:

· Office of Missing Soldiers
· American Red Cross-National Headquarters
· Library of Congress
· National Museum of Civil War Medicine
· Clara Barton National Historic Site
When: June 3-7, 2024. Starting with an orientation dinner on Monday, June 3 and ending before lunch on Friday, June 7.
Where: Washington D.C. and surrounding area
Accommodations: Embassy Suites, Georgetown/ Washington D.C.
Cost: TBD, but will include hotel, most meals, bus transportation and site entrance fees. Travel to and from Washington, D.C. is on your own. Due to the “cost only”/low cost of this tour, a donation to the American Red Cross is suggested and appreciated (more on this later).
