✨ Class Description: The Pleasure Journey — Savoring the Dance Within
A 3-hour exploration designed for followers who wish to rediscover their dance as an intimate dialogue with body, breath, and music.
Through somatic awareness, musical play, and Zouk technique infused with sensitive embodiment, you’ll learn to move from feeling rather than from doing — tasting the subtle pleasure that lives in every motion, every pause, every breath.
To give space for integration and connection, the journey will unfold in two parts, with a shared potluck brunch in between. We’ll gather to nourish, reflect, and enjoy one another’s company before returning to the floor for the second half of practice.
