Listen to this story expertly told by Carmel and then join a discussion about how stories have been used to control women
About this Event

No experience needed to join this friendly group.

The Small-toothed Dog is a traditional story from Yorkshire. Listen to Carmel's expert storytelling and then we will discuss how stories have been used to control women.

After we discuss these complex issues there will be time to write your own response, or your own story, and to share if you wish to. You will leave with ideas about how powerful stories can be and you will have been inspired to do some powerful writing of your own.

This is part of a monthly series; you can join and leave at any point.

Online bookings only, no tickets on the door

Carmel Page is a Storyteller, Folklore Author and Artist. She is passionate about sharing stories, sharing ideas and supporting others. She has a house on the edge of Sheffield but tends to live in a world of her own.

You may like to bring your own writing kit with you.
