Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45am at Holy Trinity Church: a 45-minute concert of mostly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café open from 10am where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes.
April-May’s music is a collection of pieces based on folk tunes and idioms: English (Butterworth: The Banks of Green Willow) and Irish (Joan Trimble Phantasy Trio) feature, but alongside these are a few surprises!
There's no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Turn up early for best seats and choice of cakes as these concerts are very popular!
