This month Mike Barnard, The Rambling Men and friends present An Evening of Skiffle Revival
Popular local band The Rambling Men and Joey with three brilliant professional musicians Matt Barnard, Matt Kingsmith and Mike Hammond reprise the 50s craze for ‘the folk songs with a jazz beat’.
A little nostalgia, a lot of music, and a T-chest bass and a washboard. And there will be an inclusive opportunity for any floor singers and guitarists who want to jam with the professionals to join in while they conjure up the early skiffle numbers.
