Welcome the Lunar New Year with a mindful, hands-on meditation that weaves together stillness, creativity, and the symbolic energy of the Year of the Fire Horse. Known for its qualities of passion, courage, movement, and transformation, the Fire Horse invites us to step forward boldly while staying deeply connected to our inner balance.
In this workshop, participants will slow down, breathe, and fold with intention, using origami as a meditative practice to channel the Fire Horse’s dynamic energy into focused awareness. Each deliberate fold becomes a moment of reflection, helping us release what no longer serves us and ignite purposeful intentions for the year ahead.
No prior experience with origami or meditation is required. Gentle guidance, mindful prompts, and accessible folding sequences make this workshop welcoming for all. You’ll leave with a meaningful origami creation, a centered nervous system, and a clear, empowered intention to carry forward into the new year.
