Women’s Indoor Ultimate Frisbee League
Looking for a fun, laid-back way to play ultimate with your friends? This 6-week female-matching player (FMP) indoor frisbee league is a welcoming, women-focused space for cis women, trans women, and non-binary players who match against women.
Registration notes: Players register individually.
- If you already have a team, choose the “I have a full team” option and enter your team name.
- If you don’t have a team, choose “I’m looking for a team” to sign up individually or in a small group.
What: 4v4 Continuous Play League for adult (18+) FMPs (Beginner/Intermediate)
When: Mondays, 7:30–9:30 PM

Play with your friends!
Teams can sign up together and choose their roster size to suit their squad. Want a smaller group so everyone gets lots of touches? Prefer a few subs? Totally up to you — build your team how you like and enjoy the game your way.
What to expect:
- Sign up as a full team and choose your own roster size (typical team size is between 8-10 players) OR sign up individually/in a small group to be grouped with other players seeking teammates to form a team.
- Space for 4 teams total
- Continuous 4-on-4 play (sub-on-the-fly)
- One 1-hour game per week, 7:30 PM or 8:30 PM start time (Note: some weeks teams may have 2 games if we have fewer than 4 teams)
- Played in the gymnasium on a court (court shoes encouraged)
- All skill levels welcome
Season cost: $25 per player
Registration options:
Option 1: I have a full team (8-10 players)
Choose this option only if you already have a team you plan to play with.
You’ll be asked to enter your team name or team captain so we can group your players together.
Important: Each teammate must register individually—being on a team does not automatically guarantee your spot.
Option 2: I’m looking for a team(individual/small group registration)
Choose this option if you don’t have a full team. You and/or your small group will be grouped with other players seeking additional teammates to form a team.
