�Focused hips & hamstring Workshop�Splits progression.
Do you have tight hips & hamstrings?
Do you struggle to put your socks on?
Tight lower back?
Do you want to help prevent injury whilst running?
If you have answered yes to any or all of these questions, this 75 minute yoga workshop will assist in lengthening, opening and strengthening these areas of your body.
Friday 5th July.
7-8:15pm (evening time).
I will guide you through a vinyasa flow which will use a series of dynamic, active and passive stretches to lengthen and strengthen your hamstrings and hip flexors. We will use “Paul the wall” to assist with deep hip opening and spend time really lengthening and activating your hamstrings.
Yoga is blocks are amazing tools to enhance & enrich your yoga practice. They are there for us to get into yoga poses safely, with ease and to stay comfortably in the asana.
Some yogis will see using yoga blocks and belts as cheating but please be assured this is not the case!! They can help deepen your practice and flexibility.
