We would like to invite you to take part in a focus group (a small discussion group) on one of the following dates: Wednesday 24 April, 11:00 am or Monday 29 April, 11:00 am. The focus groups will take place at the British Library Business and IP Centre in Kings Cross St Pancras.
The focus group is directed to start up/SME business owners and entrepreneurs to learn and gain insights about your interests and needs for business training workshops and networking groups to help grow your business.
The focus group should last no longer than one and a half hours. The focus group will provide an opportunity for you to find out about our services and our upcoming programmes. In particular, we would like to know
- The type of business courses you have done and how they were delivered
- Business groups and clubs you have joined and what you gained from them
More background information will be sent to those confirming attendance before the focus group. This will be sent by e-mail.
Your views will be used to help us develop two new possible programmes and will influence what these look like, how they are delivered, the timing of these programmes, any associated costs and the expectations of what is offered with them too. Our team will take the feedback and use this to make final decisions before we launch these future programmes.
If you are chosen to participate in the focus group, you will receive a £30 Amazon voucher as compensation for your time. Tea, coffee and pastries will also be provided.
