Focus & Flow at The Mindful Mug – Free Community Coworking Sessions (Launching January)
Join us at The Mindful Mug for a weekly coworking session designed to boost motivation, accountability, and connection especially for those who work from home or struggle with isolation. This welcoming, neurodivergent-friendly space gives you the chance to work alongside others, stay focused, and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our café.
These sessions are free to attend, but booking is essential due to limited seating. We kindly ask that attendees support the café by purchasing a drink or snack.
Whether you’re a freelancer, remote worker, student, small business owner, or just someone who needs a calm space to focus, you’re welcome here. I’ll be around serving drinks and also using this time to work on my own projects so we’ll be keeping each other accountable.
