Focaccia Workshop with Maisam Algirgeet - Altrincham

Former Great British Bake Off contestant Maisam Algirgeet will be joining us in our cafe on Saturday 7th March from 4pm to host a focaccia making workshop and sign copies of her new book La Maisam.
Learn how to mix and shape your own focaccia dough, and then take it home to bake it!
Tickets are required. We ask that attendees bring their own mixing bowl, wooden spoon and baking tray (to transport the dough from shop straight to your oven at home). Ingredients will be provided.
