Join marine science educators and professionals from around the state at FMSEA's 2026 Annual Conference, featuring keynote and concurrent sessions with prominent speakers in ocean science and education, interactive professional development sessions, networking socials, and dynamic exhibitors. The 2026 Conference theme, “Connecting The Dots”, celebrates the many connections we make as marine educators - across disciplines, communities, and ecosystems. This year’s conference will be held at FAU Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, an internationally-recognized marine research facility in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Situated on the beautiful Indian River Lagoon, FAU Harbor Branch provides an inspiring setting with access to cutting-edge ocean science and marine education. Field experiences will take you to prominent local environmental sites such as the Smithsonian Marine Station/St. Lucie Aquarium, Environmental Learning Center, Inwater Research Group, and more, while the Friday SciCafé will feature interactive art and poster sessions that spark creativity and collaboration. We invite you to learn, share your expertise, and connect with us this April!
