Celebrate the launch of FMFM, the Field Meridians pirate radio station and mobile transmitter sculpture, with our inaugural broadcast.
We’ll be hosting a community picnic and broadcast celebration in honor of Earth Day at Brower Park. Meet us at the Shirley Chisholm circle off the Kingston Avenue entrances to say hello, and if you’re within our broadcast radius of 1 mile, be sure to tune in!

Ryan Clarke is a tonal geologist from the Northern Gulf Coast, Ryan Christopher Clarke notices the passage of time as both a trained sedimentologist and artist-researcher as co-editor at dweller electronics, a group dedicated towards providing black counterpoint within an otherwise eurologically dominant music industry.

FM Nature School is a project to co-create an arts-based urban ecology curriculum that reflects our neighborhood in Brooklyn—aiming to generate tools for resilience.
Field Meridians is an artist collective committed to strengthening local food ecologies. Through site-specific programming, publishing, and radio broadcast, Field Meridians engages the Crown Heights community to lay the foundations for food sovereignty in the heart of Brooklyn.
