A 2-hour experiential hand balancing yoga workshop with Tamara!In this dynamic vinyasa (flow) practice, we’ll explore the “birds and bugs” of yoga postures, playful arm balances that invite lightness, strength, and focus. By connecting to your foundational strength and cultivating core stability, you’ll begin to harness the courage, clarity, and power needed for flight.
Each posture will be thoughtfully broken down into accessible, progressive steps, with supportive cues and variations to meet participants at every level of experience.
Please be aware that we will spend ample time warming up the hands, wrists, and forearms, as we will be bearing weight on our hands and forearms throughout the workshop.
No prior experience in yoga or taking full flight in any pose is required.
